This was my first return to a non-distanced gig for 16 months and took place on the so called 'freedom day' when Covid restrictions were lifted in England. Pre-Covid, I'd booked to see Saving Grace in Portsmouth in May 2020, but that show got cancelled and this one was a handy alternative.
The Saving Grace set consisted mainly of versions of folk songs, plus some other covers including 'Season Of The Witch' and a song by the band Low.
