Sin Dogs were the main support on the Village Green (second) stage and were excellent. Given that, and the fact that I didn't fancy any of the headline offerings, I called it a night and went back to my tent.
Deborah Bonham had had a bad fall from a horse six or seven weeks previously, resulting in damage to her spine. Fortunately her recovery had progressed sufficiently to allow her to appear on stage, albeit with a tastefully decorated zimmer frame and wheelchair to help her through the set, which was delivered as powerfully as ever!
On a slightly sad note, the Federal Charm set was their penultimate performance before they called it a day due to management differences.
